Innovative setup

A high-end tea break shall function different purposes for participants, such as F&B, leisure and interaction, so as to join in event theme. To achieve this, Beverage station, Sweet station and Live station are three key points. In these three sections, Live station always get ignored from organizer. Setting Live station is not just playing live music, organizer can also think about onsite creating ice cream cake, cooking snake to customize food according individual demand. Also, set display area for culture and art to highlight the humanistic feature in city which may contribute to the education function of event.

Themed refreshment

If you are going to host an event in GYICC, how to surprise participants through refreshment? The answer is blending Lingnan culture: change normal refreshment such as cake, chocolate and fruit into classic element in Canton Dim Sum, as well as updating table to the dim sum trolley, which creates an entirely different environment for them. Besides, the tea break in the morning and afternoon can be slightly adjusted according to internal clock. For example, the beverage in the morning is mainly to refresh participants, such as coffee, milk tea and sparkling water, while cocktail and beer are available in the afternoon.

From the aspect of vision, except the setting of dim sum trolley and decoration, the wardrobe of staff should match the theme of tea break as well. If no theme, by using fresh flower, exquisite container and warm light can improve the sense of vision too.
